Businesses need to open up… safely

From the houses we live in to the offices we work and the places we shop and dine, we’re all more aware of the air we breathe, the things we touch and our connection with others.  Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is no longer an afterthought of buildings, it is THE thought.

The Built Environment needs to be more than a shelter.  We need buildings that actively and efficiently keep us healthy.  Our solutions are engineered to clean the air, reduce energy usage and communicate the quality of your environment to your clients and guests.

Upgrade Your Built Environment

It’s more than just clean air

Any contractor can install a device promising miracles and safety, but every building, residential and commercial, is unique.  Looking at the entire building system provides an integrated and complete solution, balancing cost and effect.

So why do we know this stuff?

Starting out in HVAC contracting in 1996, Mike Wolfe has extensive knowledge of a wide variety of mechanical and control systems.  With an intriguing mix of O.C.D. and A.D.D., Mike aspires to solve a problem to meticulous levels before moving on.  After graduating Summa Cum Laude from The University of Colorado – Denver, Mike developed a passion to combine his skills in mechanical systems with renewable energy systems.  He used these skills to lead a team of engineers to create a manned solar-powered race boat, winning several awards, including the first-ever Innovation award for his autonomous water-cooled solar panel design.

Mike is a Professional Engineer, a Master Plumber and Master Mechanical professional, as well as N.A.T.E certified.  Professionally, he designs and engineers HVAC systems, Photovoltaic Systems, Indoor Air Quality Systems, and L.E.E.D projects. In his free time, you can find him bouncing between super nerdy activities, to being a social butterfly, organizing elaborate social events, and playing all manner of sports.

From an early age, Bryce exhibited a unique ability to build grandiose Lego creations as well as getting into trouble for talking back to anyone having a position of authority.  These two traits have served him well, fast forward 30 years later and Bryce is a serial entrepreneur, class ‘B’ general contractor and LEED Accredited Professional.

In 2013, Bryce started Construction Incorporated LLC, a full-service construction management and general contracting company in Denver, CO specializing in vertical commercial construction.  In a response to the great recession of 2009, he then applied his knowledge of construction and design into founding Tradecraft Industries, the nation’s first flex-office incubator space for construction professionals, in 2017.

In his free time, Bryce is a member of Denver Active 2030, volunteering and planning events to raise money for local children’s charities.  He also enjoys hiking 14er’s, camping, road trips, international backpacking and snowboarding.
